  My husband and I would like to share our experience with Quay Mortgages of Chester. We were in an interest only mortgage and had ten years to run and we were so worried what would happen to us at the end of this term, Sell and rent, move in with family, or even live in a mobile home!. I am 58 years old and a retired nursery nurse and my husband is in a 0% hours contract. Then we found Quay Mortgages, they looked into the whole of the market to find us the right product. We put the house on the market and it sold quite quickly. The team at Quay found us a mortgage with an outstanding interest rate, also our new Mortgage runs till I am75 years old, they gave us the dream of a permanent home that we had only dreamed of. They dealt promptly and with an excellent work ethic. We sold at the end of July and on the 10th October we got the keys to our new home. We cant thank them enough and would recommend them to any one else who thinks their situation is impossible. We will surely use them again when our fixed rate term comes to an end. Thank you to all the team at Quay mortgages for everything you have done for us.
